If you have a hoverboard red light flashing and beeping here is what it means. Count the number of times the red light blinks before the sequence restarts and match it up with the guide below.

Flashing 1 Time

There is a loose connection somewhere. Disconnect and reconnect all the circuit board and motor wires. If that doesn't work, replace the circuit boards with a hoverboard repair kit.

Flashing 2 Times

The motherboard has an internal circuit error on its side with long wires. You can replace the motherboard with an identical one. However, it is less successful than installing a whole new hoverboard repair kit

Flashing 3 Times

The motherboard has an internal circuit error on its side with short wires. You can replace the motherboard with an identical one. However, it is less successful than installing a whole new hoverboard repair kit

Flashing 4 Times

The motherboard side motor is bad. Replace the motor on the motherboard side.

Flashing 5 Times

The battery side motor is bad Replace the motor on the battery side.

Flashing 6 Times

The hoverboard battery is bad. Replace it for your hoverboard to work again.

Flashing 7 Times

There is an internal circuit error relating to the battery side gyroscope. Replace the circuits with a new set.

Flashing 8 Times

There is an internal circuit error relating to the motherboard side gyroscope. Replace the circuits with a new set.

Flashing 9 Times

9 blinks only means that you've turned your hoverboard on while it was upside down.
