Refunds & Returns

Drift Scooters offers client support for faulty products. There is a 90-day conditional warranty on factory defects. The terms of this warranty are outlined as follows:

Return products you are unsatisfied with.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days from the order date to the warehouse for a refund.

Please contact us for return address before you send it back. Returned products must be in a new, unused condition, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions).

Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of any use will not be returned or exchanged. Please be advised Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 
Orders that are cancelled or returned will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Return defective items. (Warranty claims)
If your product is determined to be defective without any substantial physical wear and tear within the warranty period stated above, customer is eligible for free replacement or repair service. Customer will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s) of the product. Customer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.

*NOTE: If you purchased from an authorized reseller you must work directly with them for returns and warranty claims.
