RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Drift Scooters offers customer support for faulty products. There is a conditional warranty on factory defects that customers can take advantage of. Read the full warranty policy terms here.
Defective items - (Warranty Claims)
If a product is determined to be defective (without any substantial physical wear and tear) within the warranty period stated in the warranty policy, customer is eligible for free replacement or repair service.
Return products you are unsatisfied with.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return self balancing scooters and accessories within 14-days from the order date for a refund in unused condition. Repair parts, clearance items, flash sale offers, and products discounted more 50% or more are not returnable, sorry.
Please contact us for return address before you send your purchase back. If you do not contact us prior to returning your order, you may not receive a refund. Mark your package with your information and order number so we know that the package belongs to you.
Returned products must be in a new, unused condition, and contain all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions).
Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of any use will not be returned or exchanged. (Any scratches, marks, damage etc. will void your eligibility for a refund). If you receive a Drift Scooter and it is defective on arrival (DOA), we will issue a replacement.
If you purchased from an authorized reseller you must work directly with them for returns and warranty claims.
Return Shipping Charges
Please be advised customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Orders that are cancelled or returned will incur a 20% restocking fee and no shipping fees will be refunded.
