Refunds & Returns

Drift Scooters offers client support for faulty products. There is a 12-month conditional warranty on factory defaults. The terms of this warranty are outlined as follows:

Return products you are unsatisfied with.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 20 days from the delivered date to the warehouse for a full refund. Please contact us for return address before you send it back. Returned products must be in a new, unused condition, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions). Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of any use will not be returned or exchanged. Please be advised Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 
Orders that are cancelled or returned will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Return defective items. (Warranty claims)
If your product is determined to be defective without any substantial physical wear and tear within 1 year of purchase, customer is eligible for free replacement or repair service. Customer will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s) of the product. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if more than 20 days after delivery. 

*NOTE: If you purchased from an authorized reseller you must work directly with them for returns and warranty claims.
