SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

United States
Ships in 1-2 business days. US shipments take 2-7 days once sent, depending on your location. Ships from our US warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.

Holiday Shipping
High order volume, such as during the holidays, could result in longer shipping time. You will be updated with a tracking number by email (or by Messenger if you've opted in) once the order is successfully shipped off.

Tracking
Your tracking number will update via your selected shipping carrier once your order is fulfilled. We appreciate your patience, and will keep you updated throughout the entire shipment process.

Late Shipments & Missing Packages
Delivery time depends on destination, logistics mode and other factors. If you have not received your shipment after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and we will further investigate the issue.

International Shipping

United Kingdom
Sorry, but we no longer make shipments to the UK.

Australia
Sorry, but we no longer make shipments to Australia.

Canada
We do not ship directly to Canada due to growing customs concerns. However, we can ship to locations near the border in the USA, where you can drive across the border and pick up your package. Shipments take the same time as USA shipments, but you are responsible for picking them up from the USA location.

Asia
Sorry, but we no longer make shipments to Asia.

Europe
Sorry, but we no longer make shipments to Europe.

Lost Shipments & Damage

*The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on Driftscooters.com pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

*Drift Scooters is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipment. Customers are urged to place a claim with the carrier they chose at checkout. 

*Drift Scooters unconditionally does not ship to the following countries Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Balkans, Cote d’Ivoire, Congo, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe.
